About Me – Find Out What Makes Me Adrian

Born and raised in the South East part of England, I immigrated to British Columbia about five years ago. I am very proud to announce my recent Canadian citizenship, I'm super excited to be a permanent part of this fabulous country. My real estate career started in one of the most affluent areas of England, Oxfordshire. Located about 50 miles west of London, Oxfordshire is known for many things one of them being it's amazing real estate market.

I currently reside in North Vancouver with my partner and our dog, Mojo, an Australian shepherd dog. My partner and I live in Princess Park which is conveniently located in the Upper Lonsdale area of North Vancouver. I'm passionate about my real estate career and my partner works as the Emergency Services Manager at the Children's Hospital.

In our spare time you will find that we like to remain very active. Hiking the north shore trails is a passion of ours, as is spending as much quality time outside as possible with Mojo. We both have busy schedules so when we do have free time we like to take in all that wonderful Vancouver has to offer.

I am extremely pleased that we made the right choice in using Adrian for our recent purchase of a townhome for sale. Always very punctual, Adrian made sure to respond to our questions quickly using a variety of communication methods.
 
We first came across Adrian as he was showing a home that we had interest in viewing. Right off the bat he was very friendly and you could tell that he was extremely approachable. We were living in Kamloops then and both us of us were having to work a lot. This made it challenging to visit open houses and view other properties during normal hours. Adrian provided us with flexible viewing times and worked diligently to accommodate our viewing requests. Another thing he did that was very handy was he consistently send us listings that were within our criteria, I thought this was very helpful. He would often take the initiative to arrange viewings within our schedules without talking to us first, which was handy considering how much we were working at the time. Eventually we made the decision to put in an offer on our townhouse, and Adrian was quick to guide us through the necessary paperwork and explain all the legalities. Overall, buying our home was a virtually stress free experience!
